摘 要:目的:观察微等离子体射频联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞因子治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的临床疗效。方法:收集2013年6月-2017年5月至笔者科室就诊的面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕患者64例,利用随机对照表法按1∶1分为观察组和对照组。观察组:32例,采用微等离子体射频联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞因子治疗;对照组:32例,采用微等离子体射频治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后临床疗效、ECCA评分、误工时间及不良反应发生情况。结果:两组治疗前的ECCA评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,临床疗效、ECCA评分及平均误工时间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者色素异常发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后持续性红斑发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微等离子体射频联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞因子治疗凹陷性瘢痕安全、有效,患者平均误工时间减少,可临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the clinical value of atrophic acne scars with the way of micro-plasma radio-frequency combined with Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor treatment.Methods 64 patients with atrophic acne scars were enrolled,and were randomly divided into two groups.The 32 patients in the experimental group were treated with micro-plasma combined with Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor and the other 32 patients in the control group were treated with micro-plasma.There were 3 times of treatment in a course work,with intervals of 6 weeks between each treatment.The clinical efficacy,ECCA score and adverse reactions were recorded in both groups.Results The ECCA scores of the two groups had no statistical difference before treatment(P〉0.05).but after treatment the ECCA scores of two groups were significantly decreased than before(P〈0.05).Decreased differential had no statistical difference before treatment(P〉0.05).The observation group was obviously lower than the control group during the downtime of two group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The micro-plasma radio-frequency treatment of atrophic acne scars is safe and effective With the combination of Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor,it can effectively shorten downtime,and it worths of recommending.
