正交试验法优选人参黄精复合饮料的水提工艺

摘　　要：目的:确定人参黄精复合饮料的最佳水提工艺。方法:应用高效液相色谱法和正交实验法,以人参黄精复合饮料配方中活性成分环磷腺苷提取率为指标,确定人参黄精复合饮料的最佳水提工艺参数。结果:人参黄精复合饮料最佳水提工艺为:配方中水提原料加8倍量水,煎煮2次,每次1h。结论:经试验优选出的水提工艺稳定可靠,适用于人参黄精复合饮料水提原料的提取。Objective: To establish the best decoction technology of Renshen and Huangjing of Compound Beverage. Methods: Take transport rate of c AMP and extractive of Chinese herbal decoction pieces as an indecator to determine the extraction process of j Renshen and Huangjing of Compound Beverage. Results: Herbs plus 8 times amount of water to decoct 2 times,boiling 1 hours every time. Conclusion: The optinized techenology is stable and reliable,can be used tor the extraction of Renshen and Huangjing of Compound Beverage.
