摘  要:为了研究不同催化剂降解甲基橙染料废水的效果,分别研究了催化剂种类、催化剂用量、双氧水用量、降解反应酸度及时间对降解效果的影响。结果表明,在最优条件下,二价铁、三价和铁锰复合催化剂(Fe^(2+)+Mn^(2+))均能有效催化H_2O_2降解甲基橙染料废水,其中,采用铁锰复合催化剂(Fe^(2+)+Mn^(2+))时,所需催化剂用量较少且降解反应pH相对略高,有利于降低废水处理成本。In order to study the effect of different catalysts on degradation of methyl orange dye wastewater,the effects of catalyst type,amount of catalyst,amount of hydrogen peroxide,acidity of degradation reaction and time on degradation were studied. The results show that the bivalent iron,trivalent iron and ferromanganese complex catalysts( Fe^(2+)+ Mn^(2+)) can effectively catalyze the degradation of methyl orange dye wastewater by H_2O_2 under the optimal conditions. When the Fe-Mn composite catalyst( Fe^(2+)+ Mn^(2+)) is used,the required amount of catalyst is relatively small and the degradation reaction pH is relatively high,which is beneficial to reduce the waste water treatment cost.
