朝阳优势大扁杏品种“龙王帽”的花期抗寒性研究

摘　　要：以朝阳大扁杏主要栽培品种"龙王帽"为研究对象,低温处理其花后,对包括SOD、CAT和POD活性3个正相关因素与MDA含量1个负相关因素等4个抗寒生理指标进行测定,以研究该品种花期的抗寒性。结果表明:朝阳优势大扁杏品种"龙王帽"的花期抗寒性一般,其临界耐寒温度基本处于-2^-4℃范围内,推荐在低于-2℃的霜冻来临之前采取适当防寒措施。Armeniaca vulgaris is an important economic forest tree of Chaoyang Area,however,"late spring cold"often causes low temperature injury to flower organs of Armeniaca vulgaris and severely restricts its stable yield and high yield.Grasping the cold resistance of Armeniaca vulgaris is very important prevent frost in early spring.Taking the main cultivation variety-Armeniaca vulgaris ‘Longwangmao'in Chaoyang Area as research object,their flowers were treated with low temperatures.Four cold-resistant physiological indexes were measured,including three positive correlations(SOD,CAT & POD)activities and one negative correlations(MDA content).Result shows that the cold hardiness of Armeniacavulgarisat bloming stage suerior variety in Chaoyang City‘Longwangmao'is normal,and the critical cold hardiness temperature is in the range of -2℃ ^-4℃.It is recommended to take proper cold protection measures before frost below -2℃.
