摘　　要：巴黎爱乐乐厅的成功也在于它的声学创新,在建筑师和声学专家的共同努力下第三代音乐厅得以实现;公共投资项目建设管理被私有化的背景下,捍卫公共利益的建筑师权力受到限制,导致了巴黎爱乐乐厅工程建造过程中建筑师的困境,最终遭受损害的是公共利益。Part of the success of the Philharmonie lay in its acoustic innovation, a third generation of concert hall technology cannot be made possible without the cooperation of the architects and the acousticians. In the milieu of privatization stepping in public project investment and construction management, however, the right to defend public interest by the architects is largely limited. This predicament of architects during the construction of Philhar- monie de Paris eventually lead to the damage of a public benefit.
