摘　　要：介绍了大型船用曲轴曲柄毛坯国内制造现状、制造技术及主要工艺,同时提出了一种新的曲柄毛坯制造工艺方法,该方法保证了锻件毛坯的全纤维组织,钢锭利用率也大大提高。This paper introduces the status quo of manufacturing the large marine crankshaft throw,the manfacture technique and the main technology processes,in the mean while,it proposes a new technology process for manfacturing the blank throw,which guarantees the complete fiber tissue and thus significant improving the availability of ingot.
