摘　　要：通过焊接工艺试验,单件、小批量试焊,大批量全面推广,最终熟练掌握WB2焊条用于ZG12Cr9Mo1Co1NiVNbNB超超临界阀门铸件的补焊,降低了焊材采购成本,缩短了生产周期。Through the tests of welding process,the test weld of single or small batch of part,and the comprehensively promote the batch welding of parts,finally obtain the repair welding of ZG12Cr9Mo1Co1 Ni VNb NB ultra supercritical valve castings by WB2 welding rod,which reduces the procurement cost of welding materials and the production cycle of ultra supercritical valve castings.
