摘　　要：研究了高频感应淬火工装的设计、淬火工艺。通过采用635 mm叶片进行高频淬火试验,并解剖分析其硬度和金相组织,得出最佳的高频淬火工装及工艺。The design of toolings for high frequency induction quenching and the design of quenching process were analyzed in this paper. Through the high frequency quenching test on 635 mm blade and the analysis on its hardness and metallurgical structure,the best toolings of high frequency quenching and the process were obtained.
