保济丸粉辐照前后对家兔离体肠平滑肌运动作用的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨保济丸粉辐照前后对家兔离体肠平滑肌运动作用的影响。方法制备家兔十二指肠离体肠段标本,采用常规离体肠平滑肌标本活动的实验方法,用生物机能分析系统记录用药前后对肠平滑肌自发收缩性活动及乙酰胆碱所致离体肠肌收缩的变化,观察辐照前保济丸粉和辐照后保济丸粉对肠管运动的影响及其作用机制。结果辐照前和辐照后的保济丸粉对正常离体兔肠的作用无明显差异,均能明显促进其收缩,同时又明显拮抗乙酰胆碱致离体兔肠的痉挛,且辐照前后保济丸粉之间拮抗乙酰胆碱致离体兔肠的痉挛作用比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论保济丸粉对正常离体兔肠具明显促进作用,均明显拮抗乙酰胆碱致离体兔肠的痉挛,且其作用不受辐照的影响。Purpose Investigated that the influence of Po Chai Pills powder before and after irradiation acted on rabbit intestinal smooth muscle.Methods Preparate the specimens of rabbit ′ s duodenals which are in vitro intestines, use conventional experimental method about in vitro intestinalsmooth muscle specimens activity. Record the changes by analysis system with a biological function about intestinal smooth muscle spontaneous contractileactivities and acetycholine- induced the shrinking change about isolated intestinal muscle , observe Po Chai Pills powder ′ s bowel movement and itsmechanism, before and after irradiation. Results Po Chai Pills powder before and after irradiation had effects on normal intestinal isolated rabbit intestinalsmooth muscle , and it could antagonize acetylcho line induced intestinal isolated rabbit spasm. The comparation of Po Chai Pills powder’s effect has nosignificant difference before and after irradiation acted on rabbit intestinal smooth muscle（P 〉 0.05）.Conclusion Baoji pill powder could promote thecontractile effect of normal isolated rabbit intestines,and it could obviously antagonize the spasm of rabbit intestines in vitro induced by acetylcholine,butits effect was not affected by radiation.
