基于转型发展的专业人才培养模式研究——以运城学院信息与计算科学专业为例

摘　　要：通过专业调研,以运城学院信息与计算科学专业为例,结合专业转型发展遇到的困境与问题分析原因,提出以需求为导向,培育专业特色,构建突出实践教学的教学体系,突出学生个性发展,提升教师的实践能力,强化质量监控意识,全面提升学生应用能力等对策建议。Through the professional investigation,taking information and computing science major of Yuncheng University as an example,this paper analyzes the reasons of predicaments and problems encountered in the professional transformation and development and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions. A teaching system that oriented by demands,focusing on professional specialties and practical skills was proposed in this paper,in order to better cultivate professional characteristics in student personality,enhance teachers' practical teaching ability,strengthen the awareness of quality control and comprehensively improve the students' ability.
