摘　　要：在《英国文学研究在中国》一书中,著者梳理了一百多年来英国文学研究在中国的学术发展历程,展现了中国学人在该领域取得的重要成就,反思了研究中存在的问题和不足。该书采用"总述"与"分述"的撰写思路,潜探学术史脉,深绎学理路径,同时以问题意识为导向,兼具学者个案分析,指出中国学者应克服影响的焦虑以建构自身的主体性,是一部学术史研究的特色之作,具有较高的学术参考价值。In English Literary Studies in China, scholar Zhang Helong examines the academic developing pro-cess of English literary studies in China since a century ago, displays the dazzling achievements made by Chi-nese scholars in this feld and refects the problems and deficiencies still existing in their researches. Adopting the method of summary and separate narration, Zhang Helong attempts to explore the academic skeleton and interprets the theoretic path. Meanwhile, the book is also problem-oriented, equipped with case studies. The book also points out that Chinese scholars need to overcome their anxiety of infuence, thus construct their own sub-jectivity. The book defnitely is a special work in the aca-demic studies and worth making reference to.
