摘　　要：本文通过对同忻煤矿三盘区回风立井表土施工的方案进行对比研究和实际应用,确保了表土层安全、快速的施工。The topsoil construction program for the return air shaft of No. 3 panel in Tongxin Mine is comparativly studied and practically applied to ensure the safe and rapid construction of the topsoil.
