摘　　要：本研究建立一种鉴别血迹陈旧时间的方法。利用紫外可见分光光度计的反射功能对20℃14天内,不同天数的血迹光谱进行比较发现,随着遗留天数的增长,413nm、540nm处血迹光谱波谷发生蓝移、577nm处光谱波谷逐渐消失,630nm处波谷在第二天开始出现,然后逐渐明显。This study is based on detecting the time of aging bloodstain with the reflection function by using UV VIS spectrophotometer to 20 ℃ within 14 days, the spectral blue shift of the 413nm、 540nm to the age of the bloodstain, 577nm spectral troughs gradually disappear. e of the bloodstain, 577nm spectral troughs gradually disappear, 630nm spectral troughs appear from the second day and increasingly obvious.
