摘　　要：明尼苏达多项人格调查表第二版在警察心理评估中具有重要的使用价值。该文详细介绍了明尼苏达多项人格调查表第二版中效度量表、临床量表、其它个别量表以及MMPI-2重组量表在美国警察选拔工作中的使用方法和应用价值。这对我国警察心理评估工作具有重要启示。Using the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory-2 in police psychological assessment has an important value. This article introduces the use method and application value in the police work detailedly about the Validity Scale, the Clinical Scale, the other individual scales, and the MMPI-2 Restructured Form of MMPI-2.This is an important revelation to the police psychological evaluation of China.
