摘　　要：张家口怀来县拥有丰富的红色文化资源,红色文化资源的本底开发诉求与扶贫开发的现实需求相交汇,如何发挥资源优势,实现红色旅游内涵式发展是怀来县面临的重要课题。通过对怀来县红色旅游资源进行评价,依据评价结果探讨红色文化开发对策,提出通过保护红色文化旅游资源,完善旅游基础设施,探索产业融合路径等措施来促进红色旅游发展,助力扶贫事业。Huailai County of Zhangjiakou is abundant in red cultural resources.The development demands of red cultural resources intersect with the actual needs of poverty alleviation and development,and how to give full play to the advantages of resources and realize the connotative development of red tourism is an important subject for Huailai County.Through the evaluation of the red tourism resources in Huailai County,the paper discusses the countermeasures for red culture development based on the evaluation results,and suggests measures of protecting the red cultural tourist resources,improving the tourist infrastructure and exploring ways of industrial integration,to promote the development of red tourism and assist the poverty alleviation project.
