志愿服务模式下的实践育人体系构建研究——以安徽中医药大学为视角

摘　　要：党和国家历来高度重视实践育人工作。坚持教育与生产劳动和社会实践相结合,是党的教育方针的重要内容。坚持理论学习、创新思维与社会实践相统一,坚持向实践学习、向人民群众学习,是大学生成长成才的必由之路。笔者以安徽中医药大学为视角,拟从志愿服务的定位、指导、协同、激励等方面探索构建实践育人体系。The Party and the State have always attached great im-portance to practical education. Adhering to the combination ofeducation and productive labor and social practice is an impor-tant part of the Party＇s education policy. Adhering to the unifica-tion of theoretical learning, innovative thinking and social prac-tice, and adhering to learning from the people in practice, is theonly way for college students＇ growth and success. From the per-spective of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine, the writer in-tends to explore the construction of a practical education systemfrom the aspects of orientation, guidance, coordination and moti-vation of volunteer service.
