女子铅球运动员最后用力阶段技术特征的运动学研究

摘　　要：以女子铅球运动员刘相蓉最后用力阶段的技术特征为研究内容,运用文献资料法、三维摄像解析和比较分析等方法对其进行运动学研究。研究发现,刘相蓉在最后用力阶段躯干过早用力,髋部前移小,身体重心速度利用率低。左腿积极蹬伸支撑,出手高度高;出手角度适宜,但出手速度慢。铅球的出手差为负值,铅球做功距离缩短。Took women＇s shot put athletes LIU Xiang-rong the technical characteristics of the final stage as the research content, using the method of literature, comparative analysis and 3D camera resolution method carries on the kinematics analysis. The study found that at the final stage LIU Xiang-rong makes effort to the body too early, hips move forward small, velocity of body gravity utilization ratio is low. Left leg stretching support actively, arm hurls at a high altitude and to an appropriate angle, but not to fast. Shot put out is negative, shot put power range reduced.
