摘　　要：壳聚糖温敏凝胶是一种pH中性,在室温或者低于室温时能够保持液体状态,当温度升高至生理温度(37℃)后,能够形成半固体凝胶,因其独特的特性被广泛应用于各个领域,尤其在医药方面成为研究的热点。本文主要介绍了目前常见的壳聚糖温敏凝胶及其在药物缓释体系和组织工程中的研究进展,为其在医药领域中应用提供一定的参考。The chitosan thermo-sensitive gel can keep the liquid state at room temperature or low temperature,and transform to semisolid hydrogels when the temperature rises to the physiological temperature （ 37 益） . Thechitosan thermo-sensitive gel are widely used in various fields, due to its unique features, especially medicine isbecoming a hot spot of research. The current common chitosan temperature sensitive gel and its research progress indrug release system and tissue engineering were mainly introduced. It provided some reference for its application inmedicine field.
