八溴醚阻燃PP/PS共混物的性能研究

摘　　要：采用熔融共混法制备得到了八溴醚阻燃聚丙烯/聚苯乙烯共混物,讨论了共混物中聚苯乙烯含量对共混物力学性能,UL-94垂直燃烧性能及微观相形态的影响,以及八溴醚阻燃剂在共混物内聚丙烯及聚苯乙烯相的分布情况。在此基础上,还讨论了增溶剂种类对八溴醚阻燃聚丙烯/聚苯乙烯共混物力学性能,UL-94垂直燃烧性能及微观相形态的影响。TBAB flame retardant polypropylene / polystyrene blends were prepared by melt blending. The effects of PScontent and type of solubilizing agent on the mechanical properties, the vertical combustion properties of UL-94 and themicrostructure of TBAB flame retardant polypropylene / polystyrene blends were discussed, the distribution TBAB inpolypropylene and polystyrene phase was also discussed.
