摘  要:采用一步法制备了十二烷基硫酸钠插层镁铝类水滑石(SDS-HTLc)。红外光谱和X-衍射图谱分析表明实验成功制备了插层结构类水滑石。考察了吸附剂用量、温度、吸附时间、振荡频率、染料初始浓度等对SDS-HTLc吸附碱性品红的影响。得出了其最佳吸附工艺:吸附剂、吸附温度、吸附时间、振荡频率及初始浓度分别为:0.2 g、50℃、150 min、80 r·min^(-1)及5 mg·L^(-1),此时脱色率最高,为99.90%。Mg-Al hydrotalcite-like compounds intercalated into layers with sodium dodecylsulfate(SDS-HTLc) wasprepared by one-step method. The analysis of Infrared spectrum and X-diffraction pattern indicated that the intercalatedhydrotalcite- ike structure was successfully prepared. The effect of adsorbent dosage, temperature, adsorption time,oscillate frequency and dye solution initial concentration on the property of adsorption was studied. The optimumadsorption process was obtained as follows: adsorbent dosing quantity was 0. 2 g, initial concentration was 5 mg·L^-1,oscillate frequency was 80 r·min-1, adsorption temperature was 50 益 and time was 150 min, respectively, and thedecoloration rate was 99. 90%, reached the highest.
