摘 要:建立简单、快速、准确的刺梨维生素C含量测定方法。以维生素C标准品为对照品,采用紫外可见分光光度法于267 nm波长处测定吸光度值,建立标准曲线方程计算刺梨鲜果中维生素C的含量。维生素C对照品溶液在0.2~1.0μg·m L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9984),平均加样回收率为101.2%,RSD=1.5%(n=9)。本方法操作简便、准确度高,精密度、重现性、回收率良好,可用于刺梨鲜果中维生素C的含量测定。A simple, rapid and accurate method for the determination of vitamin C content in Rosa roxburghii wasestablished. Vitamin C standard was used as the reference substance. UV absorbance spectrophotometry was used todetermine the absorbance value at the wavelength of 267 nm. The standard curve equation was used to calculate thecontent of vitamin C in the fruit of Rosa roxburghii. Vitamin C reference solution showed a good linear relationship (r =0. 9984) in the range of 0. 2 ~ 1. 0 滋g·mL-1, and the average recoveries were 101. 2% and RSD= 1. 5% (n = 9). Themethod had the advantages of simple operation, high accuracy, precision, reproducibility and good recovery rate, it canbe used for the determination of vitamin C in fresh fruit of Rosa roxburghii.
