摘  要:在进行工业、元素分析,热值测定和粗纤维测定的基础上,利用热重-傅立叶红外光谱(TG-FTIR)联用技术对牛粪及其沼渣的热解特性进行了研究。实验结果表明,沼渣中C、H元素含量、热值、半纤维素与纤维素总含量、木质素含量都高于干清牛粪和湿清牛粪;牛粪及沼渣热解过程主要包括水分析出、挥发分析出、焦炭化转化三个阶段;与氮气气氛相比,空气气氛下热解起始温度、最大失重速率、热解结束温度和各阶段析出气体组分及含量有显著变化。In order to study the pyrolysis characteristics of cattle manures and its anaerobic fermentation residue,based on proximate analysis, ultimate analysis, calorimetric value determination and fiber analysis, the pyrolysisexperiment were investigated by a fourier transform infrared spectrometry(TG-FTIR). The results showed that the contentof C, H, caloric value, total content of hemicellulose and cellulose and lignin content in biogas residue were higher thanthose in cattle manures. The pyrolytic processes of these samples were composed of water release, devolatilization and charconversion. Compared with the nitrogen atmosphere, the pyrolysis starting temperature, the maximum weight loss rate,the pyrolysis end temperature and the gas fraction and content of the precipitated gas in the air atmosphere weresignificantly changed.
