摘 要:采用二次通用旋转设计和主成分分析相结合的方法,研究高粱种子经电场处理后萌发活力的变化情况。结果表明,电场处理能促进种子的萌发;主成分分析得出,T_(12)(450 k V/m×12 min)处理效果最好,其发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数及活力指数与对照(未施加电场的高粱种子)相比,分别提高20.7%,3.0%,13.0%,25.9%;构建了电场强度及处理时间与发芽综合指标之间的数学模型(Y=1.710 0+0.521 2X_1+0.560 9X_2-1.795 6X_1~2-0.605 6X_2~2-1.027 5X_1X_2),模型解析后得到电场处理高粱种子的最优化条件为电场强度454 kV/m、处理时间40 min。To explore the effect of high voltage electric field(HVEF)on sorghum seeds germination activity during the germinating period, the paper used a method that combined quadratic general spinning design and principle component analysis. The results showed that after influenced by appropriate HVEF, the seed vigor of sorghum seeds would increase. By using principle component analysis, we knew that T(12)(450 kV/m×12 min)had the best effect on sorghum seeds. Compared with the control group(not treated by HVEF),germination potential, germination rate, germination index and vigor index increased by 20.7% , 3.0% , 13.0% and 25.9% , respectively. By building the mathematical model of overall indicator of germination and the two factors(electric intensity and process-time) whose equation was Y=1.710 0+0.521 2 X1+0.560 9 X2-1.795 6 X1-2-0.605 6 X2-2-1.027 5 X1 X2, we got the optimal condition for the high voltage electric field(HVEF), when electric intensity was 454 k V/m and the process-time was 40 min, the high voltage electric field(HVEF)could make best effect on sorghum seeds.
