摘 要:小麦花药培养受各种因子的影响,如基因型、培养基成分以及培养条件等,其中,基因型是影响花药培养效率诸多因素中的主要影响因素。加强对生物学性状优良和培养力强的小麦基因型进行筛选作为花药培养的桥梁亲本,是提高杂交后代的花药培养效率比较有效的途径之一;小麦花药培养效率的提高,在很大程度上依赖于培养基成分、配比以及附加成分的改变;温度和光照也是影响花药培养效率不可忽视的因素。综述了影响小麦花药培养的各种影响因子的最新研究进展,以期为从事小麦花药培养研究人员提供参考。Wheat anther culture is impacted by the genotype, medium composition, inoculation and cultivation conditions, the genotype is the main influence factors in the several factors which affect the efficiency of anther culture. Screening wheat genotypes with excellent biological characteristics and strong culture ability is an effective way to improve anther culture efficiency of hybrid progeny, as a bridge parent of anther culture. And the improvement of wheat anther culture efficiency depends largely on the changes in the composition, proportioning and added components of the medium. Temperature and light are also factors that can not be ignored in the efficiency of anther culture. The latest research progress on the influence factors of wheat anther culture was reviewed, to provide reference for the people engaged in the research of wheat anther culture.
