摘　　要：目的了解某医学高校男大学生的吸烟现状,分析其影响因素。方法通过随机抽样,采用问卷调查的方法,收集相关数据,利用单因素χ2检验与多因素二分类Logistic回归相结合的方法,分析其影响因素。结果所调查487名男大学生中规律吸烟的人数为71人(14.6%),不吸烟人数为305人(62.6%)。家庭住址、父亲是否吸烟、父母的职业、家庭人均月收入、父母是否同意吸烟及对吸烟的态度为吸烟的影响因素。结论学校应重视吸烟行为对大学生健康的危害,积极开展健康教育,针对大学生吸烟的行为进行干预。Objective To understand the status of smoking among male students in medical college and analyze their influencing factors.Methods Through the random sample,the questionnaire was used to collect the relevant data,analyze by single factorχ2 test and multivariate logistic regression.Results Among the 487 male students,71（14.6%）students were regular smoking and305（62.6%）students were no smoking.Home address,whether the father is smoking,parents＇ occupation,family income per month,whether parents agree to smoking and smoking attitudes were the influencing factors of smoking.Conclusion College should pay more attention to the behavior of smoking on the health of their students,to carry out health education actively and intervention behavior for college students in smoking.
