小牛血清去蛋白注射液临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的:了解我院小牛血清去蛋白注射液的使用情况,对临床用药合理性进行分析与评价。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,抽取我院2016年使用小牛血清去蛋白注射液的病历381份,按照患者的性别、年龄、住院科室、适应证、单次用量、用药频次、给药途径、溶媒选择、用药疗程、联合用药、是否标注滴速及冲管、安全性等进行统计与分析。结果:小牛血清去蛋白注射液临床超剂量用药率为16.27%,溶媒不适宜率为24.67%,适应证不适宜率为16.80%,联合用药率为44.88%。结论:我院小牛血清去蛋白注射液临床应用存在一定不合理情况,建议医生应严格根据药品说明书合理用药,以减少药品不良反应的发生,确保患者用药安全有效。Objective：To analyze the clinical use of deproteinised calf blood injection in China-Japan union hospital of Jilin university and evaluate the rational use.Methods：Retrospectively,381 cases using deproteinised calf blood injection in our hospital in 2016 were statistically analyzed in respect of the patient’s gender,age,clinical department,indication,one single dose,drug use frequency,drug administration route,solvent selection,period of drug treatment,drug combination,whether marking the dripping speed and washing pipe and safety.Results：The rate of drug overdosage was 16.27%,the rate of inappropriate solvent was 24.67%,the rate of inappropriate indication was 16.80% and the rate of drug combination was 44.88% respectively.Conclusion：The clinical use of deproteinised calf blood injection in our hospital is partly irrational.In order to ensure rational drug use and reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions,the doctors were suggested to use drugs according to the drug instructions.
