尺骨茎突骨折及分型对复杂桡骨远端骨折术后临床疗效的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究分析临床上经尺骨茎突骨折的诊断及分型对复杂桡骨远端骨折术后临床治疗效果的影响研究。方法选取进行诊治的桡骨远端骨折的患者60例,分为尺骨颈骨折合并组和无合并组及尺骨茎突骨折Ⅰ型组和Ⅱ型组,待分组完成后进行对比分析。结果尺骨颈骨折合并组和无合并组手术后的3个月和1年2组的X线测量结果、Gartlant-Werley评分以及治疗后的优良率比较异无统计学意义,总优良率为85%。尺骨茎突骨折Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型术后3个月的X线测量结果比较异无统计学意义。结论在桡骨远端骨折的治疗中使用切开复位锁定钢板螺钉内固定进行治疗的治疗效果良好,但对合并尺骨茎突骨折的情况、尺骨茎突骨折是否愈合以及对尺骨茎突骨折的分型,对手术后X线测量以及腕关节功能的改善并无明显影响,其长期效果需要进行更进一步的观察和研究。Objective To study and to analyze the influence of the diagnosis and classification of ulna styloid process on the postoperative clinical effect of complex distal radius factures clinically.Methods 60 cases of patients with distal radius fractures admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to January 2017 were selected and were divided into combination group of ulna neck fracture,non-combination group of ulna neck fracture,ulna styloid process I type group and II type group with contrasive analysis carried out after the completition of grouping.Results There was no significant difference between the X-ray measurement results,Gartlant-Werley scores and posttreatment good rate of the second group after three months and one year betweeen combination group of ulna neck fracture and non-combination group of ulna neck fracture and the total good rate was 85%.There was no significant difference in the results of X-ray measurement between type I and type II of ulna styloid process after the operation for three months.Conclusion The adoption of open reduction and locking plate internal fixation for the treatment of distal radius fractures is effective.There was no significant influence on combined ulna styloid process,the union of ulna styloid process,the classification of ulna styloid process,postoperative X-ray measurement and the improvement of joint function so that the future observation and study are required for the long-term effect.
