微信群管理对糖尿病足患者血糖、足部保护行为及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨微信群管理对糖尿病足患者血糖、足部保护行为及生活质量的影响。方法选择我院收治的糖尿病足患者90例,根据入院先后顺序分为对照组45例,观察组45例,对照组行常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上行微信群管理。对比两组血糖指标、足部保护行为及生活质量。结果护理前,两组空腹血糖值及糖化血红蛋白值、实施足部保护行为人数、生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组空腹血糖值及糖化血红蛋白值低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组实施足部保护行为人数、生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组足部情况评价优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微信群管理应用于糖尿病足患者可优化血糖指标,提高实施足部保护行为人数,改善患者生活质量。Objective： To explore the influence of WeChat group management on blood glucose index, foot protective behavior and quality of life in diabetic foot patients. Methods： 90 patients with diabetic foot were selected in our hospital, and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of admission, 45 cases each group. The control group was treated with routine care, and the observation group was administered WeChat group management on the basis of routine care. Blood glucose index, foot protective behavior and quality of life were measured and compared between two groups. Results： Before nursing, there was no significant difference between the two groups in fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin, the number of people performing foot protection behavior, and the quality of life scores （ P〉0.05）. After nursing, the value of the fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those of the control group （ P〈0.05）, the number of people performing foot protection behaviors and the quality of life scores in the observation group was higher than those of the control group （ P 〈0.05）, and the evaluation of foot in the observation group was better than that of the control group （ P〈0.05）.Conclusion： WeChat group management in diabetic foot patients can optimize blood glucose index, increase the number of people performing foot protection behaviors and improve the quality of life of patients.
