米力农治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究米力农治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床效果。方法:收治冠心病心力衰竭患者100例,随机平分两组。对照组给予盐酸多巴酚丁胺治疗,观察组采用米力农注射液治疗。干预后,观察、对比两组总有效率和心率状态。结果:观察组总有效率96.00%,明显高于对照组的84.00%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后心率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将米力农用于治疗冠心病心力衰竭患者中,具有良好临床效果,可有效改善患者心功能,促进患者身体康复。Objective:To study the clinical effect of milrinone in the treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods:100 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was given dobutamine hydrochloride treatment,and the observation group treated by milrinone injection.After the intervention,the total effective rate,and heart rate of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96%,significantly higher than 84% of the control group(P<0.05).The heart rate after treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of milrinone in the treatment of heart failure with coronary heart disease has good clinical effect,which can effectively improve the cardiac function and promote the recovery of patients.
