摘　　要：目的:探讨优质护理服务在消化性溃疡中的应用效果。方法:收治消化性溃疡患者120例,分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上加用优质护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组满意度明显高于对照组,疾病复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:开展优质护理服务提高了患者对护理工作的满意度,降低了疾病的复发率,提高了患者的生活质量,减少了护患纠纷的发生。Objective:To explore the application of high quality nursing care in patients with peptic ulcer.Methods:120 patients with peptic ulcer were selected.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was given routine care.The experimental group was given high quality nursing on the basis of the control group.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carrying out high quality nursing service can improve patients' satisfaction with nursing work,reduce the recurrence rate of diseases,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the disputes between nurses and patients.
