摘　　要：壳聚糖具有优良的生物相容性、抗菌性、吸附性、生物降解性和成膜性,是一种具有广阔发展前景的生物医学材料,尤其在组织工程中的应用价值备受关注。近几年来壳聚糖在口腔颌面组织工程中的应用发展迅速,现对有关壳聚糖与口腔颌面组织工程学的研究作一综述。Chitosan is of great biocompatibility , antibiotic property , adsorptivity , biodegradability and film - formation. Therefore , it,s a potential biomedical material for future development , especially in tissue engineering , whicresearchers. Recently, due to the fast development of the use of chitosan in oral and maxillofacial tissue engineering , it ’ s necessary tomake a review of researches in relate with the application of chitosan to oral and maxillofacial tissue engineering.
