盐胁迫对朱砂叶螨种群动态的影响研究

摘  要:为明确盐胁迫对朱砂叶螨消长的影响,以不同浓度氯化钠(Na Cl)溶液处理棉苗,调查了朱砂叶螨在不同处理棉苗上的发生量,并观察了朱砂叶螨在被处理棉苗上的生长发育及繁殖情况。结果发现,随盐浓度的升高,朱砂叶螨的发生量逐渐减少。盐胁迫显著延长了朱砂叶螨的发育历期并降低了繁殖率,100和200 mmol/L Na Cl处理的SCRC28上的朱砂叶螨未成熟期分别比对照延长了0.8 d和1.8 d,单雌产卵量分别减少了16%和31%;100和200 mmol/L Na Cl处理的K836上的朱砂叶螨未成熟期分别比对照延长了0.6 d和1.5 d,单雌产卵量分别减少了17%和37%。由此推断,盐胁迫处理棉苗后可抑制朱砂叶螨的消长。In order to determine the effect of salt stress on the population dynamics of spider mites,cotton seedlings were treated with different concentrations of NaCl. The occurrence of spider mites on the cotton seedlings with different treatments was investigated. The development and multiplication of spider mites on cotton seedling were also studied. The results indicated that,with the increase in salt concentration,the occurrence of spider mites decreased gradually. The developmental period of spider mites in salt-stressed plants were significantly extended,while the reproductive rate of spider mites were significantly reduced. The generation of spider mites with 100 and 200 mmol·L^(-1) NaCl treatments of SCRC28 were increased by 0.8 days and 1.8 days,respectively,compared with the control,and the fecundities of single females were reduced by 16% and 31%. The generation of spider mites of 100 and 200 mmol·L-1 NaCl treatments of K836 were increased by 0.6 days and 1.5 days,respectively,when compared with the control,and the fecundities of single females were reduced by 17% and 37%. Thus,it was found that salt stress inhibited the population dynamics of spider mites.
