摘　　要：目的本研究旨在了解北京地区提供心理卫生服务的三级综合医院8年后提供心理卫生服务的变化。方法采用同样的心理卫生服务调查问卷分别了解2001年和2009年北京市三级综合医院提供心理卫生服务的情况,采用Mc Nemar检验了解三级综合医院提供心理卫生服务比例的差异是否有统计学意义,并通过配对非参数检验了解这两年三级综合医院心理门诊量和心理会诊量的差异。结果 2001和2009年北京三级综合医院在提供门诊心理卫生服务、住院心理卫生服务、心理会诊服务和心理测查服务比例上的差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。神经症、情感障碍和儿童心理问题都是2001和2009年门诊中常见的心理问题。2009年北京市三级综合医院的心理门诊总量,情感障碍和酒精与药物依赖障碍的心理门诊量都高于2001年(P<0.05)。2009年三级综合医院提供心理会诊服务次数高于2001年,尤其是内外科的心理会诊次数(P<0.05)。结论2009年三级综合医院提供心理卫生服务的情况较2001年有所提高,但仍需要继续完善三级综合医院的心理卫生服务。Objective To examine possible changes in mental health services in 2001 and 2009 provided by two three-level general hospitals in Beijing. Methods The data of mental health services resulted from the same mental health services questionnaire in 2001 and 2009 at two three-level general hospitals in Beijing were retrieved and analyzed by the McNemar test to see if statistical differences existed. Results There was no significant difference in terms of the proportion of available mental health services, psychological consultation services and psychological measurement between 2001 and 2009 （P〉0.05） . The total number of outpatient and the number of patients with affective disorders and alcohol and drug dependence disorders in 2009 were many more higher than those in 2001（P〈0.05） . Neurosis, affective disorders and child psychological problems were common mental health problems in both 2001 and 2009. The number of the mental health consultation service in 2009 was many more than in 2001, especially in the internal rmedicineand surgical department（P〈0.05） . Conclusions Further efforts should be made in the two three-level general hospitals to provide more mental health services to publics although some changes happened in 2009 relative to the situation in 2001.
