摘　　要：目的了解上海市长宁区居民居家环境的消防现状,为制定干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法选择居住在上海市长宁区的家庭8 997户,应用自行设计的调查表对调查对象的居家环境消防安全状况及相关防护情况进行调查。结果楼道内灭火器配置率为33.33%,10.60%的楼道内堆放有杂物,6层以下多层住宅和21年以上房龄的老旧小区情况最差。居民家中灭火器配置率仅15.03%,触电保护装置、灶具自动熄火保护装置配置率分别为75.99%和71.76%,47.24%的家庭每年至少检修一次灶具,仅5.98%的家庭配备了便携逃生设备。53.50%的调查对象表示会使用灭火器,女性、高龄老人及文化程度低者掌握情况最差。结论住户需加强消防意识,公安消防部门需加强监管力度。Objective To provide scientific evidence for making intervention measures by performed a survey of fire safety and protection conditions in home environment of residents in Changning district, Shanghai. Methods St rat i f ied random cluster sampling was applied in this study. A total of 8 997 families in Changning district, Shanghai were selected. The self-designed questionnaire was used in this survey. Results Fire extinguishers were set up in 33.33% of public staircases, while 10.60% of public staircase were teemed with debris, especially in those buildings lower than 6-storeys and older than 21 years. Only 15.03% of residential house were equipped with fire extinguisher, while 75.99% and 71.76% of families were with electric shock protection device and stove automatic flameout protection device, respectively. And 47.24% of families reported annual maintenance for their stove. Only 5.98% of families were equipped with a portable escape device at home.53.50% of the interviewees knew how to use fire extinguishers, while women, elderly and those at low level of education were the poorest in the knowledge. Conclusions Residents need to increase their awareness of fire protection, public security fire departments need to strengthen supervision.
