法治思维运用与医院科学发展的研究

摘　　要：要应对医患冲突,有力保障医护人员人身安全,保持医院可持续发展以及提高医院科学发展能力,需要善于从法治思维运用实践开展,坚持一手抓依法治院,一手抓和谐医疗环境建设。文章对运用法治思维促进医院科学发展提出了以下六个对策:向患者和家属深入开展有效宣传;联合相关媒体进行医疗与法治宣传;组织医护人员进行法治知识学习培训;听取并依法依规解决医护人员诉求;提高医院管理者的法治思维水平与能力;坚持在医院制度化建设过程中体现法治思维。To cope with the conflict between doctors and patients, effectively protect the personal safety of medical staff, maintain the sustainable development of the hospital and improve the scientific development ability of the hospital, we must be good at carrying out the practice of the rule of law thinking, adhere to the rule of law, and grasp the construction of a harmonious medical environment. In this paper, the use of legal thinking and put forward the following six measures to promote the scientifc development of hospital to the patients and their families to carry out effective propaganda; combined with related media medical and law propaganda; organization staff legal knowledge learning and training; listen to and according to the law to solve the medical staff to improve the level of appeal; legal thinking and ability of hospital managers in the process of thinking; adhere to the rule of law system construction in hospital.
