当归四逆汤联合中药足浴对糖尿病周围神经病变的效果评价

摘　　要：目的分析糖尿病周围神经病变实施当归四逆汤联合中药足浴治疗的临床效果。方法此次研究抽取糖尿病周围神经病变患者64例,入院时间为2016年3月—2017年4月,分组依据为患者治疗方法不同。采用西药治疗的32例患者为参照组,采用当归四逆汤联合中药足浴治疗的32例患者为研究组,最后将其总体治疗效果进行对比。结果经实施当归四逆汤联合中药足浴治疗、西药治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率(96.9%)高于参照组(78.2%),组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病周围神经病变实施当归四逆汤联合中药足浴治疗,效果理想,同时可以使其血流变指标有效改善。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Danggui four inverse decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 64 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected from March 2016 to April 2017. The patients were divided into different groups according to different treatment methods. 32 patients were treated with western medicine as reference group, and 32 patients were treated with Danggui four inverse decoction combined with Chinese herbal medicine foot bath as the study group. Finally, the overall treatment effect was compared. Results After the implementation of Danggui four inverse decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath and Western medicine treatment, the total effective rate of treatment in the study group （96.9%） was higher than that of the reference group （78.2%）, and the difference of data between the groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Danggui four inverse decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath is effective, and can improve the blood rheology index.
