小剂量低位腰麻和骶管麻醉在肛肠科手术中的比较

摘　　要：目的观察小剂量低位腰麻和骶管麻醉在肛肠科手术中的麻醉效果及比较术后并发症。方法 60例肛肠科手术患者分成两组,每组30例,对照组使用骶管麻醉;观察组使用小剂量低位腰麻。观察术中的镇痛、肌松效果。结果观察组和对照组总有效率依次为100.00%和86.67%,观察组显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论小剂量低位腰麻在肛肠科手术有比骶管麻醉更好的优势,而且其麻醉效果确切,术后并发症少,是肛肠科手术的一种较为理想的麻醉方法。Objective To observe the clinical effect of low dose of saddle anesthesia and sacral anesthesia in the anorectal operation and observe the incidence rate of postoperative complications. Methods 60 patients receiving the anorectal operation were divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given the sacral anesthesia; the observation group was given the saddle anesthesia. The analgesia effect, muscle relaxing were observed. Results The total effective rate for observation group （100.00%） was significantly higher than control group （86.67%） （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with the sacral anesthesia, the low dose of saddle anesthesia has a better effect in the anorectal operation, can reduce the incidence rate of complications. It shall be recommended in clinical practice. [
