放大内镜窄带成像技术诊断消化道早期癌的护理配合及体会

摘　　要：目的探讨放大内镜窄带成像技术(ME-NBI)诊断消化道早期癌的护理配合方法。方法通过对65例行ME-NBI检查患者的临床资料及术前准备、术中护理配合及术后健康指导等全方位的护理进行回顾分析,总结护理经验。结果 65例患者均顺利完成检查,其中27例患者为良性病例,38例患者为早期癌,有29例患者在内镜下行手术治疗。结论术前周密的准备,构建良好的观察视野,充分的心理护理,术中熟练的护理配合和正确的操作,术后健康教育指导,是检查成功的重要保证,不但提高了阳性率,同时为阳性患者后续治疗提供了心理支持。Objective To explore the nursing cooperation method in the diagnosis of early carcinoma of digestive tract by Endoscopy-Narrow Band Imaging technique （ME-NBI）. Methods The nursing experience was summarized by reviewing the clinical data and preoperative preparation, nursing coordination and postoperative health guidance of 65 patients for ME-NBIexamination. Results 65 cases were successfully completed, 27 cases of them were benign cases, 38 cases were early cancers, and 29 patients were treated with endoscopic surgery. Conclusion Careful preoperative preparation, good observation field of vision, adequate psychological care, skilled nursing cooperation, proper operation and postoperative health education guidance are the important guarantee for the success of the examination. It not only improves the positive rate, but also provides psychological support for the follow-up treatment of positive patients.
