摘  要:介绍轮胎压路机制动系统常用的鼓式制动器与盘式制动器的技术特点,并详细分析两种制动器在应用方面的不同之处。指出鼓式制动器存在热衰退性会引起制动失效;安装调试工艺要求高,需频繁调整制动蹄与制动鼓的间隙;更换摩擦衬片时需拆下制动器,维护性差等缺陷,目前已经逐渐被盘式制动器取代,无液压辅助制动的机械传动轮胎压路机不适合选用鼓式制动器。盘式制动器则具有优秀的热稳定性、水稳定性,装配便利性以及维修保养性,将成为轮胎压路机的主流制动器。This is to introduce tech features of drum type brake and disc type brake usually used in brake systems of pneumatic rollers, with detailed analyses of different application there, while pointing out that the drum type may fail at heat deterioration;other defects include higher requirements for readjustments and test while assembling, frequent readjustments for the gap between the shoe and the drum, removing the brake needed when replacing the friction disc, plus poor maintenance-ability,therefore, the drum type is not suitable for the wheel type roller without hydraulic assistant braking and is now going to be replaced by the disc type. However,the disc type brake has excellent stability for heat and water, easy to assemble and maintain, and will take a major place in the wheel type roller.
