微信在脑卒中留置尿管患者延续性护理的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨微信信息管理在脑卒中留置尿管患者延续性护理中的作用。方法天津市海河医院将180例脑卒中且留置尿管的患者随机分成观察组和对照组各90例。对照组由责任护士进行健康宣教,讲述尿管的清洁及来院更换时间。观察组在此基础上指导患者添加微信群,及时了解相关疾病知识,也能够及时通过微信咨询责任护士关于尿管清洁的具体方法及步骤。结果观察组对于自身护理常识的知晓率、患者好评率均高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组。结论微信信息管理在脑卒中留置尿管患者延续性护理中能够使患者及时了解相关疾病的知识,也能够及时通过微信咨询责任护士关于尿管清洁的具体方法及步骤,起到实时的互动作用,对于患者的健康及并发症的预防起到很好的作用。Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing care of We Chat information management on indwelling catheter in patients with stroke. Methods 180 patients with stroke and indwelling catheter in Tianjin Haihe Hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 90 cases in each group. The control group was taught by the responsible nurse to describe the cleanliness of the urethra and the replacement time of the hospital. On the basis of the control group, the observation group was added We Chat group to understand disease knowledge in time and to timely consult with the responsible nurses on the specific methods and steps of urinary catheter cleaning. Results The awareness rate of self-care knowledge and patient praise rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the complication rate was lower than the control group. Conclusion We Chat information management in the stroke patients continuity placing a urinary catheter nursing can help in a timely manner to understand the knowledge of the related diseases, patients will be able to promptly consult nurse by We Chat about the specific methods and steps of urine tube cleaning. It can be used to interact in real time, and plays a more important role in the prevention of the health and complications of the patients.
