化瘀消炎汤联合盆底神经肌肉刺激治疗慢性盆腔炎性疼痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察慢性盆腔炎患者采用化瘀消炎汤联合盆底神经肌肉刺激治疗的临床效果。方法:将114例慢性盆腔炎患者随机数字表法分为两组,对照组给予传统头孢曲松治疗,配合盆底肌肉锻炼(Kegel运动);治疗组在此基础上加用自拟化瘀消炎汤,配合法国PHENIX盆底神经肌肉刺激治疗,比较两组患者炎症反应发生率、1年复发率及治疗总有效率。结果:治疗组患者临床炎症反应发生率明显低于对照组,治疗组总有效率96.49%高于对照组的82.45%,1年复发率治疗组5.26%明显低于对照组的19.30%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化瘀消炎汤联合盆底神经肌肉刺激治疗慢性盆腔炎,可缓解盆腔疼痛,降低复发率,疗效可靠。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of dispersing blood stasis and anti-inflammation mixture combined with pelvic floor nerve muscle stimulation in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory patients. Methods： 114 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory patients were divided into 2 groups with random number table. Patients in the control group were administered ceftriaxone coordinated with Kegel exercise; on the basis,patients in the observation group were treated with self-prepared dispersing blood stasis and anti-inflammation mixture assisted with French PHENIX pelvic floor nerve stimulation. Then the inflammation reaction incidence,recurrence rate within 1 year,and the total effective rate of both group were compared. Results： The clinical inflammation reaction incidence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was96.49%,which was higher than 82.45% in the control group,and the recurrence rate of the observation group was 5.26%,significantly lower than 19.30% in the control group. There were statistical differences between both groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Dispersing blood stasis and anti-inflammation mixturecombined with pelvic floor nerve muscle stimulation are more effective in treating chronic pelvic floor inflammation,which can relieve the inflammatory pain and recurrence rate of patients.
