桂林地区市县两级医疗机构新生儿专业现状调查

摘　　要：目的:了解桂林地区市、县两级医疗机构新生儿专业现状,对新生儿区域协同医疗发展策略进行探讨。方法:采用调查表形式对市、县两级医疗机构的新生儿专业现状进行调查。结果:2015年,只有1个县级医疗机构基本达到Ⅱb级新生儿病房的技术水平,2个市级医疗机构分别能达到Ⅲa级、Ⅲb级新生儿病房的技术水平。结论:县级医疗机构新生儿医疗资源总体上比较匮乏,发展水平参差不齐。应尽快推行新生儿区域协同医疗,全面提升县级医疗机构的新生儿医疗服务能力。Objective： To learn the present situation of neonatal subspecialty in medical institutions at county and city levels,and investigate the strategies to develop regional cooperative medial care for neonates. Methods： Data of neonatal subspecialty in medical institutions acquired by questionnaire were collected and analyzed. Results： In 2015,only one institution at county level could achieve grade IIb,while 2 intuitions at municipal level could achieve grade IIIa and grade IIIb respectively. Conclusion： The institutions at county level are lack of neonates medical resources and its development is not balanced. The regional cooperative medial care for neonates should be adopted for promoting the medical service capacity of institutions at county and municipal levels.
