摘　　要：左室舒张功能障碍常见于胸闷气紧,而左室收缩功能测定在正常范围的患者,及时发现有助于早预防、早治疗,如何评价左室舒张功能障碍已成为心血管疾病研究的热点之一。现就左室解剖结构特点及组织多普勒显像技术诊断左室舒张功能障碍的应用进展作一综述。Objective： Left ventricular diastolic dysfunction has been commonly found in patients with chest tightness. For patients whose diastolic functions are in the normal range,the early determination and findings will be helpful for the prevention and early treatment of the dysfunction. How to evaluate the left ventricular diastolic dysfunction has become one of the hot spots of cardiovascular disease research. The author will review in this paper the anatomical features of left ventricle and the application of Doppler imaging technology to the diagnosis of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction.
