摘　　要：随着人民生活水平的提高和诊疗技术的发展,阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征发病率呈现增多趋势。阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征是一种"生活方式相关性疾病",通过加强医护一体化的护理干预模式,普及相关疾病知识,提高相关人群的认识程度,建立合理的生活方式,可提高患者的依从性及疗效,有效减少相关并发症,提高患者生活质量。With the improvement of people ＇ s living standard and the development of diagnosis and treatment technology,the incidence of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome（ OSAS） is on the trend of increasing. OSAS is a lifestyle-related disease. Through strengthening integrated medical care intervention model,we can popularize the knowledge of related diseases,improve the understanding degree of the related populations and establish a reasonable lifestyle so as to improve patients＇ compliance and treatment effect,effectively reduce related complications and improve patients＇ quality of life.
