尼泊尔山地旅游发展及其对中国西部民族山区的启示

摘　　要：尼泊尔拥有得天独厚的山地旅游资源,山地旅游业发展取得了不少的成功经验,显现突出的优势。从研究尼泊尔山地旅游发展的相关国外文献入手,并结合一部分国内研究,分析尼泊尔山地旅游的发展条件、所采取的有效措施和手段、发展政策等,总结其成功经验和存在的问题。同时,对比我国西部民族地区和尼泊尔山地旅游发展的相似点和不同条件,从尼泊尔山地旅游发展成功经验出发,针对中国西部民族地区的山地旅游可持续发展,提出应选择合适的旅游形式,避免盲目跟风,同时加强景区管理和环境保护,并注重安全问题和山地社区利益,引导山地旅游合理发展等策略。Nepal is one of the poorest countries in the world. It has inadequate energy, underdeveloped agri- culture and industry. Although the economy has long relied on international aid, Nepalese development of mountain tourism has shown outstanding advantages. This paper combines the foreign literatures of the Nepalese mountain tourism with some domestic researches, summarizes the effective measures for the de- velopment of the tourism development in Nepal and analyzes its successful experiences and problems. Af- ter the comparison of Nepal and western China, it suggests that the sustainable development of mountain tourism in the western region of China should choose the suitable form, avoid following suit, and enhance the environment protection. Focusing on security issues and the interests of the mountain community are also necessary.
