舒胆胶囊抗炎利胆作用的研究

摘　　要：目的观察舒胆胶囊的抗炎利胆作用。方法通过舒胆胶囊对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性改变、大鼠棉球肉芽肿的影响,观察其抗炎作用;通过舒胆胶囊对正常Beagle犬胆汁分泌的影响和对乙酰胆碱(Ach)所致离体胆囊平滑肌收缩的影响,观察其利胆作用。结果舒胆胶囊能明显抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀度、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加、大鼠棉球肉芽肿增生;能促进犬胆汁分泌量的增加,并且可明显对抗Ach引起的豚鼠胆囊平滑肌强烈收缩活动。结论舒胆胶囊具有良好的抗炎利胆作用。Objective To observe the anti-inflammatory and choleretic effects of Shudan capsule. Methods By using the method of ear swelling of mice induced by xylene and capillary permeability in abdominal cavity induced by acetic acid, and cotton pellet granuloma in rats to study the anti-inflammatory effect of Shudan capsule. By observing the effect on secretion of the bile in normal Beagle dogs, as well as the effect on the contraction of smooth muscle of excised gall bladder induced by Ach, to study the choleretic function of Shudan capsule. Results Shudan capsule could inhibit ear swelling, capillary permeability and cotton pellet granuloma. In addition, it could also inhibit the contraction of smooth muscle of excised gall bladder in guinea pigs induced by Acetylcholine （Ach）. Conclusion Shudan capsule has obvious anti-inflammatory and choleretic effects.
