摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师在罕见药源性自身免疫性综合征诊治中的切入点。方法临床药师在1例门冬胰岛素诱发自身免疫综合征患者的诊治中提供了全程化药学服务,对疾病确诊到用药方案的调整提出建议。结果医师采纳建议,患者病情好转后出院。结论临床药师协助医师制定了安全、有效的治疗方案,为患者提供药学监护,避免了临床罕见疾病的误诊、漏诊。Objective To explore the breakthrough points the diagnosis and treatment of rare drug-induced autoimmune syndrome by clinical pharmacists. Methods Clinical pharmacists provided regimen adjustment suggestions in the diagnosis and treatment of a patient with insulin aspart-induced autoimmune syndrome. Results Doctors adopted their advice and the patient was cured and discharged. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists assist physicians to prepare a safe and effective treatment, and provide pharmaceutical care for patients, trying to avoid misdiagnosis of rare diseases.
