摘 要:以木屑、稻壳和秸秆为原料,配制木屑(S)、木屑+稻壳(SR)和木屑+稻壳+秸秆(SRS)3种猪发酵床垫料。在1年半左右的使用中,监测垫料中养分元素及重金属含量变化,并测定饲养4批猪后垫料的种子发芽系数。结果表明:经过4批养猪周期后,各处理垫料TN、TP、TK含量以及pH、EC、含水率有所升高,垫料总养分能够达到国家相关标准的要求,铜、锌、镍、铬、砷、汞含量,符合国家相关标准中的限制规定,而镉、铅含量超标较严重。通过种子发芽指数表示的垫料腐熟度,略低于可接受水平,直接施用于土壤时存在安全风险。In order to evaluate the resource utilization of bedding material in pig deep-litter system, three kinds of bed- ding materials were designed, which consist of sawdust (S), sawdust+rice husk (SR) and sawdust+rice husk+straw (SRS). Variations of N, P, K and heavy metals in litter for 1.5 years were analyzed. The effect of bedding materials after 4 cycles of fattening pig breedingon seed germination index was studied, in order to provide the basis for the resource utilization of bedding materials as organic fertilizer. Results showed that, the contents of TN, TP, TK and the value of pH, EC, water content of the bedding materials were increased as fattening pig breeding. The total nutrient content of the bedding materials can meet the requirements of relevant national standards. The content of Cu, Zn, Ni, Cr, As and Hg was in accordance with the standard. However, the content of Cd, Pb exceeded the standard. When maturation of the bedding materials was indicated by the seed germination index, the results were slightly below the acceptable level. There is a safety risk when the bedding materials is applied directly to the soil.
