摘  要:当前高校人事制度存在着较大的缺陷且子制度间衔接、匹配不足,人事制度系统集成效果差。在教育综合改革背景下,高校人事制度改革要以完善人事制度系统,减少结构漏洞,优化人事制度系统整体结构,集成科学、合理、协调的人事制度系统为主要任务。相容性、互补性、界面性是完成集成任务的三个必备条件。在集成条件具备的基础上,高校可以利用"系统重塑"重新选择人事制度系统的集成单元,保证人事制度系统要素齐全、结构完整;可以利用"协同重组"消除当前人事制度集成单元之间不协调的部分,强化人事制度集成单元之间较为薄弱的联系。At present, there are some defects in the personnel system of colleges and universities, and the convergence and matching of subsystems are not enough, and the effect of personnel system integration is poor. Therefore, under the background of the comprehensive education reform, improving the system of personnel system and changing personnel system nerability and optimizing the overall structure of linkage between subsystems, reducing the structural vulthe personnel system ,integrating scientific and reasona- ble coordination system are the main task of University personnel reform. Compatibility, complementarily and interface are three prerequisites for integration tasks. Based on the integrated conditions, universities can reselect the integrated unit system of the personnel system. Using the "reconstruction" ensures that personnel system elements and structure are complete; using " collaborative restructuring" removes the current personnel system integrated unit which is not coordinated, and intensifies weak linkage between subsystems.
