摘　　要：本文立足于企业,以健全人力资本投资制度为出发点,以提高人力资本投资收益为落脚点,借助解释结构模型(ISM)的相关原理和方法,从影响企业人力资本投资收益的因素出发,运用ISM模型对这些影响因素进行系统化处理,最终得到影响企业人力资本投资收益各因素之间的层次结构关系,从而为企业提高人力资本投资收益提供一个系统完整的参考框架,同时也为企业进行人力资本投资提供基本依据。Based on enterprises, the article improves the system of human capital investment as the starting point and improves the human capital investment as the foothold. With the related principle and method of Interpretative Structure Model（ ISM）, the paper starts from the factors of enterprise human capital investment income and uses the ISM model to systematic processing of these influencing factors, finally the relationship among various factors of hierarchical structure is presented to improve the human capital investment income and provide a system integrated frame of reference, but also provides fundamental basis for enterprise human capital investment.
